What you do
As a service designer on our team, your experience and skills are invaluable. We’re just going to list some characteristics we think describe the UX designer we are looking for:
- You are responsible for creating innovative and user-centered designs for our clients' digital services and products
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into intuitive and effective design solutions
- You conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- You create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas
- You contribute to the development of design systems and style guides
- You conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
What you are
We think our match made in heaven has:
- 3-5 years of experience as a service designer or related role
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or the Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Fluency in Dutch and English
